Pricing & Billing:  All Prices are plus applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. If have any questions, please contact us directly.   Online: Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Debit cards w/Visa are accepted.   At an event: We accept Cash, and if Internet connection, you can pay thru this website, for your convenience. *Note, EMT is also available, inquire with us.  We are unable to process International Visa Debit cards. *Note, Paypal is my merchant providor, but you don't have to pay with Paypal, if you don't use it, as there's an option to click and choose to pay by your credit card.

Shipping:  We ship with Canada Post as Regular Parcel, which takes  3 - 7 Business days (dependant on location within Canada). Shipping with other companies, if prefer, can be used, though extra fees may be incurred by the customer. Standard Canada Post Insurance is not included.  Should you require insurance, please let us know. Extra cost will be incurred.  NOTE:  Shipping is not included for many items, though many items are free shipping. Be careful to choose correctly.  * Please be careful to verify your name & address info prior to shipping. ** Shipping to some Rural and Remote places may incurr higher shipping fee. *** Unclaimed items that are sent back to us, you'll be refunded for the cost of the item, but shipping costs will be billed/charged to you. ^ All applicable duties and taxes will be paid by the customer on International shipments.

Shipping Mistakes:  In the event of wrong product being shipped to you (as honest mistakes happen), please notify us immediately. We'll get the correct item(s) ready & ship out immediately (subject to stock). We'll include a return label for the error item(s) to be shipped back to us. The returned item(s) must be unused and still in the original packaging or extra fees may apply.

Return Policy:  If not satisfied for any reason within 14 days from time of receiving, we will refund fully, as long as product is returned new & in the original condition & packaging as received. If not the case, extra cost shall be incurred.  If there is a manufacturer defect, then the manufacturer's warranty may be in effect, which also may include additional cost. We'll be happy to assist you with the warranty process. Cost to ship the item(s) back, is at your own cost. *Returns or exchanges are not permitted for special and/or bulk orders (same item) of 10 or more items. For Footwear, can not return or exchange if worn outside. I advise to wear around the house and not get any scuffs of any kind on them, for testing fit and comfort. * No returns on Rx orders, as long as the Rx was done to the specifications you sent us. *There's no re-stocking fees for returns, though the cost to ship back to us, is at your sole cost. * No Returns or Refunds on Special Order items and No Returns or Refunds are Large quantity special orders.
